Responsibilities
Place outbound calls to schedule appointments
Answer all incoming calls professionally
Schedule various types of appointments in a professional manner
Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Qualifications
Call Center Experience
Professional, positive and friendly demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Good organization skills and multi-tasking
Perform clerical tasks and adhere to established policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills
An ability to learn, follow procedures and accept coaching
Excellent time management skills with little direct supervision
Compensation and Benefits:
Income based on hourly wage commissions
Average income for this position is $36,000 - $40,000
