Our business is growing and we are presently in need of a Field Manager to help lead a team of Service Plumbers. We are searching for a leader with strong residential plumbing service experience who is interested in training and leading a team in our proven low-pressure service process.Responsibilities:Train Service Professionals in areas of technical plumbing skills as well as in all areas of the Mr. Rooter System of service delivery.Provides total leadership, coaching, technical and customer service support, as well as oversight to trainees and assigned Service Professionals.Conducts Field Manager Team (FMT) group meetings and training, as needed.Ensures that his FMT always maintain clean, neat vehicles and portray a clean, well-groomed professional appearance.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experiencePreferred Journeyman or Master Licensed PlumberValid Driver's License with clean recordAttention to detailExcellent communication skillsProfessional appearance and personalityBenefits:Healthcare, Dental, Visionlong-term disabilitybasic life insurance401kpaid holidays and personal time offCompany Vehicle / ToolsFurnished uniformsGreat Family Atmosphere made up of a team that is committed to HAVING FUN IN THE PROCESS!!!Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearPlumbing isn't just about leaks, pipes, and gaskets.
