This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, managing carrier communication, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate order processing within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, systems-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.Your tasksCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments (LTL, FTL, parcel)Schedule pickups, communicate with carriers, and manage routingTrack shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issuesSupport order management, including shipment documentation and invoicingMaintain accurate records in ERP/TMS systems (e.g., SAP)Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillmentMonitor inventory movement and assist with inventory-related inquiriesAnalyze shipping data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsEnsure compliance with company policies and shipping regulationsYour profile1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain coordinationExperience handling freight shipments (LTL/FTL, carriers, dispatch, tracking)Familiarity with ERP/TMS systems (SAP preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environmentProblem-solving skills with the ability to resolve shipment or order issuesStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyHigh School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
