Train the Stars: Assist Onboard new employees, delivering top-notch training to ensure they hit the ground running. Quality Control: Conduct multiple quality checks throughout the day, preserving our standard of excellence with every product. Stay Organized: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, keeping track of inventory and ensuring all processes are followed. Be the Coach: Provide constructive coaching to your team, helping them grow and develop their skills. What We’re Looking For: Quick Learner: You adapt swiftly to new challenges and changes.
