This role blends visual design, user experience, and multimedia production. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, capable of producing high quality designs across digital, print, and video platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency.Key Responsibilities Design visually appealing and functional layouts using our custom in house web builder.Design visually appealing and functional layouts for:Websites and landing pagesMarketing and promotional materials including ads, email, and social mediaApply UX and accessibility best practices to ensure intuitive and user friendly designs.Use tools to develop cohesive, brand aligned graphics including:Infographics and chartsIcons and illustrationsCampaign visuals across multiple platformsMaintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.Use Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce polished, professional designs.Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to execute creative concepts.Implement front end layout improvements using HTML when needed.Create and edit video content including:Screen capture tutorial videosPromotional videosRequired Qualifications3+ years of professional graphic design experience in house or agency.Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, print, and multimedia work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.Experience with video creation and editing tools such as Premiere Pro or similar.Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards including ADA and WCAG basics.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing for web.Basic knowledge of responsive web design and web performance optimization.Experience working within brand guidelines for established organizations.Illustration skills are a plus.Soft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Creative problem solver with a user first mindset.Adaptable and open to feedback.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for growth and creative ownership.Collaborative team environment.If you are a creative and detail driven designer who enjoys bringing ideas to life across multiple platforms, we would love to hear from you.
