This role is ideal for CNAs who are comfortable working overnight, enjoy providing hands-on care, and value consistency in scheduling.You'll work closely with licensed nursing staff to ensure residents' comfort, safety, and daily care needs are met throughout the night.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct resident care under the supervision of an RN or LPNAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toiletingMonitor and report changes in resident conditionSupport resident comfort, safety, and dignityAssist with repositioning, mobility, and personal careDocument care as requiredSchedule & Work Environment12-hour shiftsLong-term care settingCall-off policy: 1 call-off allowed per 13-week contractQualificationsActive CNA certification in good standingCNA experience preferredCPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to meet health and background requirementsReliable and comfortable working overnight shiftsWhy This OpportunityThis position offers strong hourly pay, a consistent night schedule, and a straightforward contract in a long-term care environment.
