Job Title: Tool & Die MakerLocation: Louisville KY, 40219Shift: Day Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM)Employment Type : Full Time Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to support manufacturing operations through the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of tooling for roll forming and metal forming processes.The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with precision tooling, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, and fixtures for roll forming operationsTroubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiencyPerform preventative maintenance on tooling and equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsSet up and test tooling to ensure quality standards are metMake adjustments and modifications to improve tooling performanceWork closely with production and engineering teams to resolve process issuesMaintain a safe and organized work environmentQualifications3+ years of Tool & Die Maker experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with roll forming, metal stamping, or forming operations preferredStrong blueprint reading and precision measurement skillsKnowledge of machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.)Ability to troubleshoot and repair tooling efficientlyStrong attention to detail and quality focus BenefitsCompetitive payHealth benefitsPaid time offGrowth opportunities
