Project ManagerLocation: Bridgeport, CTEssential Job Functions:Review of customer lease documentation to verify all fields are accurately completedSupport Sales Team division to facilitate proper operational flowResearch and document the permit process for the areas that the installations are locatedTrack outstanding documents needed to obtain permitPrepares documents to secure permitPartner with utility contacts to obtain permitsObtain permits from local government officesProvide support in managing and tracking job installationsSupport Documents Management team in receiving, sorting and prepping customer paperworkHigh Volume preparation of paper documents and data entry into databases/spreadsheets for tracking of grant complianceAnswer phone and email requests from customersCommunicate with all departments to improve customer experienceHandle escalated customer inquiriesAnswer questions regarding system performance, maintenanceAdditional duties required as neededCompetencies:Excellent communication skillsAble to work independently and prioritize work loadAbility to adapt in a fast paced, changing environmentAbility to communicate effectively over the phone and emailTeam player attitude a MUST!Ability to follow management direction and take constructive feedbackEducation/Experience:High School diplomaMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service roleMinimum of 2 years of experience obtaining permits at the local level, preferably in the utility or construction industry is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredExcellent customer service experience and skills are requiredKnowledge of solar power energy field (Preferred)Construction industry knowledge (Preferred)Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)SalesForce experience is a plusPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
