This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about the e-commerce sector and are dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. As a representative, you will engage with customers primarily in German, addressing inquiries and ensuring an exemplary shopping experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in German
Provide detailed assistance with order processing, returns, and refunds for a seamless customer experience
Address inquiries about product specifications, shipping options, and payment methods
Resolve complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up
Collaborate with other teams such as logistics and marketing to enhance overall service delivery
Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and platform features to provide informed assistanceRequirementsFluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry
Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions
