Our client Rondah is looking for Software Architect in US.Notes: This is a remote role.About The RoleRondah is looking for a highly capable engineer who can develop a deep understanding of our systems and help own technical operations end-to-end. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working across the stack, and operating in a fast-paced startup environment.You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to investigate support requests, debug production issues, and contribute improvements across the platform.The ideal candidate is resourceful, curious, and comfortable touching every part of the stack.Responsibilities:Triage and resolve technical support ticketsInvestigate and debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructureBuild a strong understanding of the overall system architecture and workflowsOwn issues end-to-end from investigation through resolutionCollaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and product qualityContribute fixes, tooling improvements, automations, and operational enhancementsMonitor production systems and proactively identify issuesCommunicate technical findings clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAdapt quickly to new systems, technologies, and workflowsRequirementsStrong software engineering fundamentalsExperience working across multiple layers of the stackExcellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skillsAbility to understand complex systems quicklyComfortable working in fast-moving startup environmentsStrong ownership mentality and ability to work independentlyExperience supporting or maintaining production systemsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsStartup or early-stage company experienceFull-stack engineering backgroundExposure to cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflowsExperience with APIs, databases, distributed systems, and monitoring toolsExperience handling customer-facing technical issuesAbility to learn new technologies quicklyWhat We ValueHigh ownership and accountabilityStrong technical curiositySystems thinking and adaptabilityAbility to work across teams and functionsBias toward action and problem solving
