Oracle Application Developer/Programmer (Mid-Level)
For our client, we are seeking a Oracle Application Developer/Programmer (Mid-Level) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on building, enhancing, and maintaining critical enterprise applications in support of government operations. You will work closely with cross-functional team members to translate requirements into effective system changes, improve application quality, and help clear a meaningful development backlog. The position also calls for hands-on testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliable, high-performing software delivery.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $106,274 – $143,782 annually
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the grants management system Reduce a backlog of 240 pending change requests Collaborate with team members to capture and achieve requirements Drive excellence in software application development Provide application testing services to validate system changes
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software development Proficient in Java and Oracle technologies Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL Experience in application development and maintenance Technical training or degree in a relevant field
