Paid Media Video Editor
Pact is seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Paid Media Video Editor to produce a consistent flywheel of high-converting video creative across paid channels.
This role is responsible for transforming internal and external assets — UGC, influencer content, brand shoots, testimonials, product footage, and lifestyle imagery — into performance-focused ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging growth platforms.
You will partner closely with Growth and Creative to test, iterate, and scale creative that drives measurable results while staying aligned with Pact’s brand voice and visual direction.

Responsibilities
Produce a consistent volume of paid media video variations each week to support rapid creative testing
Develop strong, scroll-stopping hooks while maintaining Pact’s effortless, grounded tone
Edit short-form direct response ads optimized for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
Repurpose lifestyle and product assets into high-performing paid formats
Rapidly iterate on structure, pacing, messaging, overlays, and CTAs based on performance insights
Balance brand storytelling with clear performance objectives
Translate growth insights (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) into stronger creative outputs
Maintain organized asset libraries and scalable editing workflows
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of video editing experience, with a strong focus on paid social creative
Experience working with DTC ecommerce brands (fashion or apparel required)
Strong experience editing UGC-style and testimonial-driven ads
Motion graphics and light animation skills
Deep understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and how creative drives results
Strong instinct for hooks, retention, pacing, and conversion psychology
Ability to produce a high and consistent output volume
Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tests
A self-starter who can take raw assets and independently turn them into performance-driven creative
Strong alignment with a brand that values comfort, authenticity, and wellness-driven storytelling

Compensation
Estimated to be $75-90k per year; bonus opportunity up to 10% of salary*, Pact product allowance, and monthly healthy living benefit.

Half day Fridays year round.
*This is a good-faith estimate of the salary range; final compensation level will be commensurate with experience.
