Program Manager, AI & Data

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, AI & Data to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.This role will lead client-facing programs that bring together AI, data, and cloud delivery in a consulting environment. You will serve as the primary point of contact for executives and internal teams, translating strategy into clear execution plans while keeping delivery aligned to business outcomes. The position also plays an important role in driving account growth, managing risk and financial performance, and supporting an inclusive, coaching-oriented delivery culture.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annuallyResponsibilities Lead AI and data programs as the primary contact for clients Translate client strategies into actionable delivery plans Collaborate with technical leads to align delivery with business goals Manage project financials and proactively address risks Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and teams Navigate challenges with data-informed decisions and recommendations Oversee project risks and escalations while nurturing team dynamics Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts Report on account health and progress toward AI adoption Contribute to shaping an inclusive, coaching-oriented delivery cultureQualifications Proven experience leading client-facing programs with executives 5+ years of experience in Technical Program or Program Management in consulting Experience with multi-workstream initiatives in data, AI/ML, and cloud Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Snowflake and AWS, Azure, or GCP Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Demonstrated portfolio performance management for multiple clients Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; PMP and CSM certifications preferredBenefits Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time when required Opportunity to shape delivery culture and practices in AI-augmented environmentsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
