Product Assessment SpecialistThe Product Assessment Specialist is responsible for the accurate registering of the repairs from our clients by making the proper assessment of the repair and entering the data correctly into the system for tracking and charging purposes.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and process all incoming client repairs within given lead time and create a label for eachAssess incoming repairs to determine (Condition, Reparability/non-Repairable, Authenticity, Free of charge repair)Communicate with Customer Service Coordinators to report feedback on received shipments and ensure performance results or issues are relayed to stores.Communicate with floor supervisors and/or artisans concerning any technical questions.Communicate incorrect/missing data and/or technical questions to the Logistic Supervisor.Generate quotations to recommend additional repairs and or needed repairs for client's request.Work closely with quality manager to communicate incoming quality issues or possible customer exchanges.Create a picking list and allocate spare parts for every repairCheck the spare parts qualityProfileMinimum Education preferred: High School Diploma or GED.1-2 years of experience in a data entry capacity1-2 years of experience in a role inspecting products in some capacityGood verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExcellent attention to detailMust be able to accomplish multiple tasks and respond quickly and effectively to changes in prioritiesBasic computer, 10-key, and data entry skillsAdditional InformationLouis Vuitton is a company that respects the uniqueness of each employee and offers everyone the means to find their place and prosper.
