Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide quality healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring they receive personalized care and support. Job Description: Home Health RN Home Health experience is required 5-6 visits per day minimum Federal mileage rate as per standard rates No on call No weekends Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New Valid New York State drivers license. Computer literacy, including but not limited to data entry, retrieval, and report generation. Ability to work with patients-families of all ages and in a variety of settings, including inpatient facility and patients homes presenting diverse physical conditions and social-cultural environments. Ability to drive to and from a variety of settings in varying weather conditions.
