Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for someone that is highly motivated, able to adapt on the fly to new responsibilities, and who wants to become an expert renewable energy generation development and construction. While the role several primary functions, your functional focus will shift from month to month and new functions may be added as the company continues to grow.There are three primary functions of this role:1) Sales Analysis & Development - prospect research, market analysis, collateral development, project financial model development, prospect development and more. 2) Project Management - identification and vetting of subcontractors & equipment vendors, procurement of equipment, development and management of project construction schedules. This work will mostly be done from a desk, but during project construction, you'll be on job sites for days or weeks at a time ensuring subcontractors are showing up and performing. 3) AI Agent development - you'll build and manage our first AI Agent to support sales efforts and other business functions. Location: Hybrid in NYCYou'll work at least 2-3 days per week in our office in lower Manhattan. You'll have the option to work remotely or in the office the remaining days of the week. Expect to work some weekends, especially when there are major deadlines approaching.
