Our success depends on people who are committed to our purpose and have an appetite for progress.Your 'day to day':We are looking for a Mechanical Technician to help keep our production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. In this role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve mechanical systems while working closely with production and maintenance teams. You'll be a hands-on technical expert who helps solve problems, prevent breakdowns, and support continuous improvement.Major Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesMaintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipmentTroubleshoot machinery issues and act as the first point of contact for equipment breakdownsPerform preventive, planned, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment uptimeSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and process changesFollow safety procedures and promote a strong safety-first cultureWork with quality and production teams to prevent defects and improve product qualityUse a computerized maintenance system (CMMS) to log work, parts, and repairsKeep technical documentation and maintenance records up to dateCoach and support production teams in resolving equipment issuesParticipate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activitiesWho We're Looking For:Required QualificationsTechnical School diploma or equivalent (Mechanical / Industrial preferred)At least 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)Ability to read and follow technical procedures and documentationFluent in EnglishLegally authorized to work in the U.S. (required)Preferred SkillsExperience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsFamiliarity with maintenance best practices or continuous improvement toolsExperience working in a production or manufacturing settingHourly Rate: $36/ hourWhat we offer:We offer employees a competitive hourly salary.
