Senior Process Engineer, PCB Lithography & NPI Lead

Fralock in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Process Engineer 3 to lead lithography-focused manufacturing processes for PCBs. The role emphasizes technical leadership, process development, and collaboration with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and Product Engineering to improve yield, reliability, throughput, and cost while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will apply DOE, PFMEA, KPIs, and SPCs; evaluate capital equipment and new methods, and document SOPs and work instructions.
