Position Summary: Helitech is experiencing rapid growth and is actively seeking a Sales Estimator (Home Care Specialist) to join our team. This is a high-performance, commission-driven role for individuals who want to take control of their income and thrive in a results-oriented environment. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, diagnose foundation and waterproofing issues, and provide custom solutions using our industry-leading products and systems. What This Position Looks Like for You: Run company-provided, qualified in-home appointments with homeowners  Perform thorough inspections to identify foundation and waterproofing issues  Present custom solutions and close sales during the appointment  Build trust quickly and deliver a best-in-class customer experience  Maximize each opportunity through upsells, add-ons, and referrals  Follow up on open opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline  Track activity, performance, and results within our CRM system  Collaborate with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience What Makes an Ideal Candidate: Coachability, willingness to learn a new skill Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly  Competitive, driven, and motivated by high earning potential  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment  Self-disciplined with a high level of accountability and ownership  Comfortable working in a commission-based role  Ability to maximize both company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities  Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience preferred) Compensation & Benefits: First-year earning potential: $80,000–$100,000+ (commission-based)  100% commission structure (paid weekly)  Benefits include: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance  401(k) with company match  Paid vacation and holidays  Vehicle expense reimbursement  Please Note: All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
