Maintenance and Reliability Manager

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead maintenance operations within our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance processes, and managing a team to support safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team, including technicians and contractorsPlan, schedule, and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activitiesEnsure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all machinery and equipmentDevelop and implement maintenance strategies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiativesManage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and servicesEnsure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsTroubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and operational issuesCollaborate with operations, engineering, and production teams to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of maintenance experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management roleStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience with CMMS and maintenance planning toolsProven leadership, problem-solving, and project management skillsKnowledge of OSHA or relevant safety standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
