Job Description Construction Residential Operations Manager – Aluminum Patio, Sunrooms and Hurricane ShuttersCompany: RollShield, LLCLocation: Clearwater, FL (On-Site)Employment Type: Full-Time RollShield is a leading provider of hurricane protection solutions, including hurricane shutters, aluminum sunrooms, screened enclosures, and patio additions. We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Operations Manager specializing in aluminum patio and sunroom construction to manage projects from start through final inspection. Key ResponsibilitiesManage aluminum patio, sunroom and hurricane shutter building projects from initial planning to completion.Coordinate with customers, sales staff, installers, vendors, and subcontractorCoordinate permitting, materials ordering, fabrication, scheduling, and installation.Conduct job-site visits to ensure workmanship, safety, and project progress.Communicate timelines and updates professionally with homeowners.Collaborate with fabrication teams, installers, inspectors, and office staff.Maintain accurate documentation, project budgets, and change orders.Ensure all work meets Florida Building Code and RollShield quality standards. Required QualificationsExperience in aluminum construction (sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, hurricane shutters, etc.).2+ years of project management or site supervision experience.Strong understanding of Florida permitting + inspection processes.Ability to read construction drawings and measure accurately.Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.Valid driver’s license & dependable vehicle. PreferredExperience supervising aluminum installers or crews.Knowledge of impact-rated building products or hurricane code requirements.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental & supplemental insurance optionsPaid time off and paid holidaysSupportive, stable, growth-oriented environment\nCompany DescriptionRollShield LLC is the largest and most diversified home improvement products manufacturer in the industry.
