About The RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and people-focused Activity Leaders to create fun, safe, and engaging experiences for our students. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young people, leading group activities, and being part of a fast-paced, international environment.As an Activity Leader, you’ll be responsible for supervising students, leading activities, and helping create a positive, memorable experience for every participant.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily activities, excursions, and eventsEnsure student safety and wellbeing at all timesCreate a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic environmentAssist with evening and weekend programmingCommunicate clearly with supervisors and team membersHandle minor behavior issues calmly and professionallyRepresent the program positively to students, staff, and partners What We’re Looking ForEnergetic, friendly, and confident personalityStrong communication and leadership skillsComfortable working with groups of studentsResponsible, punctual, and dependableAbility to stay calm in busy or unexpected situationsTeam-oriented mindsetPrevious experience with youth, camps, teaching, or customer service is a plusThe position runs from late May through late August, with two intake start dates available: May 26 and June 22.
