eDiscovery Case Manager Based in St. Louis, MO (remote flexibility) Salary: $75,000 – $95,000A growing legal services organization is seeking an eDiscovery Case Manager to support litigation teams across all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in or near the St. Louis area.Key ResponsibilitiesManage eDiscovery projects from data intake through production, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlinesAdminister Relativity workspaces, including database setup, user permissions, and workflow managementCoordinate with attorneys, internal teams, and vendors on processing, review, and production strategiesOversee data loading, quality control, and production deliverables within RelativityTrack project timelines, deliverables, and case activity across multiple mattersProvide user support and guidance on Relativity and eDiscovery best practicesQualifications3+ years of eDiscovery or litigation support experienceHands-on experience with Relativity is requiredStrong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle and document review workflowsExperience working with large data sets and complex litigation mattersStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAdditional Information:Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.
