Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. If you're committed to excellence and looking to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join our team.Position Highlights at a Glance:Caseload: ~7 patientsAverage Patient Length of Stay: 10-14 daysConditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and moreTeam Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & moreAdvanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)• What You'll Need:LPN License (State of Florida)CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)Ready to make a difference-and love where you work?Click to apply and learn what it means to be part of the ClearSky Health team! You will be contacted by a member of our team if you are selected to be considered for any opportunity that comes available.Physical Requirements Over the Course of a Shift:A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time.Both gross and precise motor functions.Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.Possible exposure to bodily fluids.Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
