Sales Manager - Real Estate
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced real estate Broker who can help us run and manage am already established real estate team. You must be a licensed broker and you must be local to the Portland, OR area.
Responsibilities
Manage and Train team agents to help them close real estate transactions
Oversee daily operations of the team
Manage accountability, uphold an environment that people want to be a part of in person. (This exists already)
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or customer service; prior experience in real estate is required
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation:
You will be given transactions as compensation with a 90/10 team split. You'll also have a share of the revenue earned by the already established team. This role should easily surpass $125,000. A good average person should be earning $150,000 - $175,000 in the role, a high producer over $200,000. Health insurance is available.
