Performance Testing Lead- Contract Position

About the RoleThe role involves leading performance testing initiatives, managing teams, and ensuring the successful execution of performance test cycles for large-scale enterprise systems for one of our prestigious client.***The Candidate shall meet the qualifications below:At least seven (7) years of experience performing performance testing or performance engineering for large scale enterprise systems as defined above.At least four (4) years of experience in a lead role, managing performance testing teams, including planning, execution, and reporting of performance test cycles.At least four (4) years of experience designing and implementing end-to-end performance test strategies, including workload modeling, scripting, execution, and reporting.At least four (4) years of experience executing load, stress, endurance, and spike testing, including validation against defined performance SLAs (response time, throughput, error rate).At least four (4) years of experience translating non-functional requirements into measurable performance test scenarios, including volumetric models and workload distribution.At least four (4) years of hands-on experience using performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or equivalent and performance monitoring tools like Elastic, Dynatrace, or equivalent.At least four (4) years of experience testing APIs (REST/SOAP), validating latency, throughput, and error handling.At least four (4) years of experience using test management and defect tracking tools like Micro Focus ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira.At least four (4) years of experience using SQL or similar technologies for test data preparation and validation.At least four (4) years of experience conducting bottleneck analysis and providing documented tuning recommendations based on performance results.A Bachelor's degree in a Business Administration, Information Technology (IT) or Engineering Field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.Possesses a Master's degree in a Business Administration, IT or Engineering field.At least ten (10) years of cumulative experience performing performance testing or performance engineering for large scale enterprise systems as defined above.At least seven (7) years of cumulative experience leading enterprise-scale performance programs, including demonstrated improvements in SLA compliance or throughput optimization.At least five (5) years of experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines like Azure DevOps, Jenkins with automated pass/fail gates.At least three (3) years of experience performance testing cloud-based or SaaS systems, including autoscaling and distributed load strategies.One (1) year of experience supporting large scale enterprise benefit systems (e.g., Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance) meeting defined large-scale enterprise system criteria.Required Skills/certs:Possesses one or more of the below certifications:--> ISTQB Certified Tester Performance Testing (CT-PT),--> Open Text Load Runner Professional Developer Certification Exam,--> AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate,--> AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Performance Specialty.Preferred Education:Possesses a Master's degree in a Business Administration, IT or Engineering field.This is C2C Contract RoleHybrid ModelPlease review the qualifications carefully.
