We are looking for a Host to join our team at Social Cantina/Smokeworks. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a warm smile and ensuring they have a positive dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.**Responsibilities:**- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables- Assist with clearing and setting tables to ensure a clean and welcoming environment- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns**Requirements:**- Previous customer service experience preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Must be able to work evenings and weekendsAt Social Catina/Smokeworks, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees and guests.
