CrossoverNew York, NYApril 24th, 2026
In-person: Piedmont, CA; Greenwich, CT; Chicago, IL; Bethesda, MD; or New York City, NY (relocation assistance available)$200,000/year, paid weekly | Full health, dental, and vision coverage from day oneThe most meaningful support you can give a student who achieves 99% is to refuse to round it up to 100%. Not because you lack empathy — because you know they're capable of reaching it, and accepting less is the true disservice. If that principle resonates, continue reading. If it feels too rigid, this position will likely frustrate you.Students at Alpha don't passively absorb lectures. They advance through adaptive applications at double the speed of conventional classrooms while simultaneously developing practical life competencies. Your responsibility is to ensure three core commitments are fulfilled for every child in your cohort: they develop a genuine love for learning, they progress at 2x the standard rate, and they acquire capabilities that extend beyond traditional academics. You'll also mentor the Guides who uphold these same commitments throughout your campus. Each morning begins with data review. Coachbot analytics reveal which students are progressing smoothly and which require intervention. By late morning you're facilitating a live life skills workshop with your K-8 cohort, executing Alpha's established framework. Post-lunch you're observing a Guide's session, then providing them with three concrete action steps to refine their approach. On certain days you're conducting motivation huddles, converting leaderboard rankings and school currency into momentum that re-engages reluctant learners. You'll witness reserved children present with poise before adults. You'll observe a student who once "despised school" request extra time. And you'll recognize that the standard you maintained is precisely what enabled their growth, because maintaining high expectations demonstrates your confidence in their potential. If you've exceeded benchmarks, transformed underperformers into achievers, and you're prepared to do it for young learners, apply now. What You Will Be DoingFacilitating one-hour live life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL) sessions with K-8 students covering topics such as public speaking and concentration, using Alpha's structured curriculum frameworkConducting daily motivation sessions designed to drive 100% student achievement of weekly app-based goals through age-appropriate incentive systems including school currency and leaderboardsDeveloping Guides through direct observation, precise feedback, and practical coaching so they execute workshops with equivalent energy and accuracyAnalyzing Coachbot analytics and student data to pinpoint individuals requiring support, then delivering personal interventionDirectly mentoring your assigned student cohort, demonstrating the coaching and motivational techniques you expect all Guides to employWhat You Won’t Be DoingCreating lesson plans or developing curriculum.
