Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver goods to various locations according to assigned routes Load and unload cargo using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a positive attitude Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document all deliveries accurately in logs or digital systems Assist with warehouse tasks including inventory management, stock movement, and maintaining organized storage areas Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong understanding of route driving and navigation skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly while adhering to safety guidelines during loading/unloading processes Warehouse experience including moving inventory and managing stock efficiently Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards for drivers or similar roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan routes effectively and adapt to changing schedules Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise fuels our success!
