Receive and maintain status of required web contentthrough JIRA ticketing system. Implement web content into the Content ManagementSystem (CMS) per Creative Agency and/or Client request. Verify accuracy of web content requests in multipleproject environment(s). Identify issues in environment(s) pertaining tocontent, layout and presentation once published. Communicate status on content delivery to internal MRMteam(s). Recognize and escalate issues through JIRA ticketingsystem as necessary to resolve issues. Establish and maintain good relationship with internalMRM departments. Party plan, fundraise, tailgate, and occasional toastwith a cocktail of his/her choice. Manage & organize workload to meet deadlines. Delegate tasks to Associate Content Manager andoffshores team(s). Interact and support Client and/or Creative Agency onnew functionality for content delivery planning and development withsupport from Leadership. Provide estimates on new functionality with supportfrom leadership. Create and present documentation for cross-training andsupport of Associate, Content Managers and offshore team(s). Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Solid communication skills - written, verbal, text,etc. Detail oriented with ability to work in dynamicenvironment, with shifting deadlines and deliverables.
