Technical Program Manager
Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in New York, New York. Duties:Drive and delivery high profile, cross organization impacting efforts for multiple engineering teamsEnhance stakeholder relationships, understanding and dialogueEnhance team throughput by removing roadblocks and leveraging organizational resources while helping to drive teams towards commitmentsFoster cross-team coordination and communicationAssist with estimation and planning of team resourcing, in conjunction with engineering team managerIdentify, maintain, and visualize metrics to guide the project lifecycleLead agile ceremonies for two teams of highly skilled engineersDevelop fundamental technical understanding of the tools and services vended by your teamsDesired Skills/Experience:Track record creating and growing trusting, lasting professional relationships with diverse stakeholders, maturing team’s current engagements and advocating for future workDemonstrable experience managing technical projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentDeep rooted passion and proven track record building motivated and collaborative teamsDetail oriented and excellent communication skillsAbility to follow technical discussions and absorb technical documentationExperience working with distributed teams and/or distributed organizationsWorking understanding of AWS and cloud based development and a desire to know moreBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $74.00 and $94.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
