The Principal will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, performing market research and due diligence, building relationships with entrepreneurs, and supporting portfolio companies. The role involves tracking industry trends, analyzing financial models, and collaborating with the internal team to develop investment strategies. Some work-from-home flexibility will be provided, although the role requires regular in-person interaction.QualificationsExperience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related fieldStrong skills in market research, financial analysis, and due diligenceProficiency in building and analyzing financial modelsAbility to source and evaluate high-growth startupsExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsStrong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilitiesFamiliarity with industries at the intersection of culture and innovation is a plusBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plusDemonstrated ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent environments
