Part Time Stock Coordinator (Flatiron Men's)

Orderly organization aficionados! Buck Mason is on the lookout for a Stock Coordinator to join our vibrant team. If you're a master of tidiness, have a knack for keeping things in order, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want you on our squad.Responsibilities:Inventory Master: Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory countsReplenishment Pro: Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situationsOperational Support: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periodsAssist in daily operations of the shop, including maintaining shop’s aesthetic and cleanliness, and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and best practice standards for the stockroomEstablish and maintain organization of back stock apparel and accessoriesReplenish the sales floor from back stock. Shipment ProcessingPrepare all shipment to be steamed/hung/folded (i.e. remove paper and packaging)Perform all job duties in compliance with company productivity standards and visual standardsNotify the Store Manager in advance of supplies needed (hangers sensors, and pins)With Manager’s guidance, open, sort, and prioritize all incoming shipmentQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of retail experienceA proven track record of achieving sales goals while minimizing lossComfortable navigating a computer and using POS softwareStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionallyYou're a master multitasker, able to juggle multiple priorities with easeA positive attitude is your secret weapon - your pleasant demeanor is contagious!Work occurs on a variable schedule which could include early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights as well as weekends and holidaysFounded in 2013 by Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen Ford, Buck Mason makes simplified clothing for the modern man. While the base salary range for this role is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, your total compensation package may include commissions, bonuses and other perks tailored to your performance and dedication to our craft.
