Our Mesa, Arizona facility supports high‑quality manufacturing operations with a strong focus on compliance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.Position SummaryWe are seeking a QA Supervisor to support and coordinate quality assurance and quality system activities at our Mesa site. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with ISO, IATF, customer, and internal requirements while supporting audits, documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts.The QA Supervisor works closely with the Quality Manager and cross‑functional teams and serves as a key point of support for quality system processes and day‑to‑day QA activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and coordinate Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) activitiesAssist with preparation and support of internal, external, and customer auditsTrack and follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and quality system metricsCoordinate document control activities, including procedure updates, reviews, and records retentionSupport and help coordinate quality‑related training, including tracking and documentationServe as a resource for employees regarding quality requirements, procedures, and expectationsAssist with inspection, testing, and quality documentation activities as neededParticipate in cross‑functional quality and continuous improvement initiativesSupport investigation and follow‑up of customer quality issues or concernsCommunicate quality system updates and requirements across departmentsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field5+ years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or quality systems roleSkills & KnowledgeWorking knowledge of ISO and IATF quality system requirementsStrong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to read, interpret, and apply procedures, standards, and customer requirementsAbility to write and update procedures, work instructions, and reportsStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems Equal Opportunity EmployerJX Advanced Metals USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
