Client Partner
We are hiring a Client Partner – Healthcare Payer to own and grow a strategic relationship with a large, enterprise healthcare payer client based in the Minneapolis region. This role will take responsibility for an established portfolio while driving incremental growth through data, cloud, analytics, and AI‑led transformation initiatives.The Client Partner will act as the primary executive sponsor, ensuring continuity across existing engagements while expanding the account through value‑led partnerships and long‑term transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare payer accounts, including a large confidential enterprise payer clientServe as the primary executive sponsor for senior client stakeholders (business and technology leaders)Lead account strategy, white‑space planning, and client success initiatives to drive 20% YoY growthManage and expand complex, multi‑year programs across:Claims and member experience modernizationHealthcare data and analytics platformsCloud migration and platform modernizationAI‑driven insights (risk management, cost optimization, customer experience)Regulatory and compliance‑driven technology initiativesPartner closely with delivery, solution, and leadership teams to ensure high‑quality execution and measurable outcomesLeverage partner ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and healthcare technology platformsMaintain strong discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, executive reporting, and governanceRequired Experience & Profile12+ years of experience in Client Partner, Account Director, Engagement Director, or Strategic Sales rolesProven experience managing large healthcare payer clients (regional or national insurers preferred)Strong understanding of healthcare payer domains such as:Claims, enrollment, and billingProvider and member data ecosystemsRegulatory and compliance environments (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)Demonstrated track record managing and growing large portfolios ($15M–$25M+)Experience selling IT services, cloud, data engineering, analytics, and AI solutionsExecutive‑level presence with the ability to engage CXOs and senior leadershipComfortable operating in global, matrixed delivery environmentsWhy This RoleStep into an established, high‑value healthcare payer account with long‑term growth potentialHigh‑visibility role with strong executive sponsorshipOpportunity to shape healthcare payer transformation strategy across data, AI, and cloudBuild on an existing foundation while driving meaningful growth and client impact
