Hybrid Sales & Repair Technician Boost Mobile by Techshack provides a variety of services and products such as monthly cellphone plans, device and accessory sales, repairs, and much more. Boost Mobile by Techshack is currently hiring at 3 Kansas City locations. We are looking for someone who has great sales, repair, communication skills and is also very passionate about technology. We are looking for someone that is motivated and has a passion for technology as it is an advancing industry to be in. As a mobile technician, you will be responsible for repairs such as iPhone screen replacements, batteries, androids, charger ports, laptops, iPads, and other variety of repairs. Day to Day will involve store opening/closing, attending to customers, repairing devices, troubleshooting, Boost Mobile bill payments, maintaining a clean environment, and closing sales leads. Bonus Incentives- With this being a hybrid repair/sales position, performance is a big bonus as the cellphone industry is a very competitive and advancing industry. We offer a base hourly/salary pay plus commission on device sales, accessory sales, and repairs completed. We also have additional bonus opportunities with monthly goals being met. Have a thorough knowledge of the products being sold without the help of visual aids, maintain a clean and professional store front, have a working knowledge of all promos and specials being offered, ability to multi-task with multiple customers, ability to follow all instructions given to you, and the ability to have good money management skills.
