You will be working primarily on client projects while contributing to our internal initiatives, demonstrating a high degree of ownership, and being proactive.You’ll play a pivotal role in:Developing end-to-end solutions utilizing cutting-edge technologies.Engaging directly with clients and taking ownership of assigned tasks.Managing workflows with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and best practices.Location & Work Timings:Location: Dayton, OH – Candidates must be available to work onsite for 3 days a week from Day 1 (No remote applicants will be considered).Work Timing: Standard hours in line with US Eastern Time Zone.Duration & Compensation:Contract Duration: 6 months Contract-to-Hire (Candidates must be eligible and willing to convert to full-time employment after 6 months).Hourly Rate: Up to $55/hour.Conversion Salary: $110,000 per yearKey Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, Java, Spring, API, and AWS.Engage in in-depth project work, ensuring you understand the entire scope beyond superficial requirements.Collaborate with team members to develop robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.Participate in client meetings, handle project-related conversations, and manage your work independently.Adhere to best practices in code development, deployment, and process management.Troubleshoot issues and provide efficient, timely solutions to ensure the success of the project.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in Full Stack Development.Technical Skills:Frontend: Proficient in Angular and JavaScript Frameworks.Backend: Strong experience with Java, Spring, and RESTful APIs.Cloud: Solid experience with AWS services.Tools & Technologies: Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, Jenkins.Preferred Skills:Experience in database management and frontend-backend integration.Familiarity with end-to-end application design and workflow Our Ideal Candidate:You’re not just an expert developer; you’re a problem solver, a creative thinker, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
