Location: 100% Remote USWork Schedule: M-F standard 40-hour work week, RemoteDuration: 3 MonthsCompensation: $53.34-$58.44/hrPosition Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to join our short-term project team. In this role, you will play a key part in addressing existing system issues and optimizing the business processes of a newly implemented Oracle Cloud platform. You will work on resolving outstanding tickets, mainly simple issues, to help stabilize and enhance the client's Oracle environment. This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact with your technical expertise, contributing to system improvements and operational stability.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end technical design for major enterprise enhancements, providing oversight and mentorship to development teams to ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with business objectives.Execute hands-on development of critical modules, focusing on clean, maintainable, and high-performance code within the Oracle Fusion environment.Design and develop complex technical solutions, including extensions, interfaces, and customizations, using Fusion tools such as BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, and PaaS extensions.Serve as the final escalation point for high-priority operational incidents, quickly diagnosing root causes and implementing definitive technical resolutions.Lead performance tuning efforts for critical batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces in collaboration with OIC/OPA developers.Establish and uphold technical standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks for all development activities within the technical team.Required Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in ERP functional and technical roles.Deep hands-on experience (4+ years) with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM implementations and support.Proven track record of designing and building complex technical solutions within the Fusion framework, utilizing tools such as AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, or PaaS extensions.Strong understanding of integration technologies, with experience designing and implementing robust interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for shop floor and warehouse systems.Experience establishing technical standards and managing system changes in a live production environment.Preferred Skills & Experience:Experience supporting organizations transitioning to Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.Hands-on familiarity with other Oracle PaaS tools.Experience setting up and utilizing CI/CD tools such as FlexDeploy.Knowledge of third-party supporting software like Avalara, Kyriba, Zip, etc.Industry exposure to Data Center Infrastructure.Relevant Oracle Cloud certifications and professional credentials.Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.At Premier Talent Partners, we are a people-centered recruitment firm with a strong focus on skills-based hiring.
