Requirements What We're Looking For:5+ years Experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician with ALL 8 ASE certifications: What You'll Do:Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systemsDiagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systemsPerform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations Mentor and support less experienced technicians Maintain a clean and professional work environment Additional qualities:Strong diagnostic ability Pride in quality workmanship Team-first mindset Willingness to mentor other technicians Technicians are expected to:Maintain 90%+ labor productivity Serve as technical leaders within the shop
