This position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, a positive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.The Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the company’s professional image and ensuring smooth daily office operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionallyGreet visitors, customers, vendors, and clients in a professional mannerDirect calls, messages, and visitors to the appropriate departments or personnelMaintain front desk organization and ensure reception areas remain clean and presentableOffer coffee, beverages, and general hospitality to visitors and guestsManage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier servicesAssist with scheduling meetings and coordinating conference roomsSupport management and administrative teams with clerical tasks and office coordinationMonitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessaryAssist with basic data entry, filing, scanning, and document organizationHelp maintain internal communication flow between departmentsSupport company culture by maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service standardsRequirementsFluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written required)Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, or administrative roles preferredExcellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProfessional appearance and attitudeAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesPreferred QualificationsExperience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or corporate environments is a plusExperience handling high call volumes and customer interactionsFamiliarity with Microsoft Teams and office management systemsScheduleFull-timeMonday to FridayIn-office position
