About the Role As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will drive excellence in our distribution center by overseeing daily logistics, optimizing workflows, and fostering a high-performance team culture. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and the continuous improvement of our fulfillment processes. Responsibilities Lead and mentor warehouse staff to cultivate a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment. Execute daily shipping and production schedules while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and resolve operational gaps. Champion a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean and 5S methodologies to maximize facility efficiency. Oversee inventory integrity and ensure all shipping and receiving activities meet quality standards and customer delivery timelines. Manage personnel development, including performance reviews, training initiatives, and coaching to support individual career growth. Ensure full compliance with all OSHA, EPA, and internal safety protocols across all warehouse operations. Drive cost-containment initiatives by identifying and executing projects that reduce operational expenses. Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Proven ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively across all organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management systems. Demonstrated success in driving safety and operational efficiency. Preferred Skills Associate Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Lean or Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. Deep understanding of ISO quality requirements and compliance standards.
