Senior C++ Developer/Delphi DeveloperLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: ContractExperience: 8–12+ YearsJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior C++ Developer with strong hands-on experience in Embarcadero C++ Builder (RAD Studio) or Delphi (VCL Framework) to develop, enhance, and maintain Windows desktop applications.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C++ Builder or Delphi/VCL.Support and enhance existing VCL-based legacy applications.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Support teams.Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.Support application modernization and migration initiatives.Maintain technical documentation.Required Skills8+ years of hands-on experience with Embarcadero C++ Builder (RAD Studio) or Delphi (VCL).Strong Windows Desktop Application Development experience.Hands-on experience with VCL and RAD Studio.Strong SQL programming, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, query optimization, and database design.Strong OOP concepts.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience maintaining legacy desktop applications.Good communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work during overlapping US CST hours.Preferred SkillsExperience with both Delphi and C++ Builder.SQL Server.Jira / Agile.Application modernization or migration.Customer-facing experience.
