CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer * Location: Irwin, PA * Salary: $80,000 per year depending on experience * Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Join Our Precision Manufacturing Team!Are you an experienced CNC Programmer with a passion for precision machining and problem-solving? What You'll Do * Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software. * Program multi-axis CNC machining operations, including milling and turning on CNC mills and lathes. * Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to develop accurate machining programs. * Troubleshoot CNC programs, tooling, and machining processes to improve efficiency and quality. * Collaborate with machinists and engineering personnel to support production goals. * Maintain organized documentation of CNC programs and machining operations. * Recommend process improvements to reduce cycle times and increase productivity. * Ensure all programming meets quality, safety, and customer specifications.
