You enjoy mentoring others and are committed to excellence in patient care and team wellbeing.You hold a BVSc, DVM, or equivalent recognised in Australia, with at least five years of clinical experience and a track record of mentoring or supporting less senior colleagues. You're registered, or eligible to register, with the Veterinary Surgeons' Board of Western AustraliaAbout the RoleThis is a hands-on clinical leadership role, not an administrative one. You'll spend most of your week in consults and theatre, with the mentoring, standards work, and culture-building happening alongside the medicine rather than instead of it. Day-to-day, you'll be working a varied small animal caseload with clients who trust your judgement and back considered diagnostics.
