The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate various routes efficiently. Responsibilities Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers according to scheduled routes. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle interior. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any delays. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers as needed, including those with disabilities. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Manage passenger behavior and ensure a safe environment during transit. Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues promptly. Qualifications Valid Class B CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements. Experience as a delivery driver, van driver, motor coach operator, or limousine driver is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with passengers. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on passenger safety and satisfaction. Ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems effectively. Must pass a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process. Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
