Program Manager

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Construction Quality Manager III to direct quality across a major program, leading Quality Managers and inspectors and owning the site quality management system and audit program. You will interface with the owner's quality organization, approve QC plans, and report metrics monthly while guiding the QC staff; travel to project sites is possible as needed.
