Job Description Aerospace Quality Inspector SupervisorAnaheim / Fullerton Area | Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift Available | $35–$40/hr DOEABC Sheet Metal / Steeldyne is a growing AS9100D-certified aerospace manufacturer producing precision sheet metal, machined, welded, and fabricated assemblies for aerospace and defense customers.We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Inspector Supervisor to lead inspection activities in a hands-on aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a working supervisor role responsible for supporting inspection operations, AS9102 first article inspections, supplier quality activities, and day-to-day quality oversight.The ideal candidate will have strong aerospace inspection experience, portable CMM arm experience, leadership capability, and the ability to work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and customers to maintain high aerospace quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection of aerospace machined, welded, and fabricated componentsConduct AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAI)Utilize portable CMM equipment including Faro, Hexagon, or Romer Arm systemsInterpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and aerospace customer specificationsSupport and maintain AS9100D quality standardsAssist with supplier source inspections and quality auditsWork closely with manufacturing, engineering, and customers to resolve quality issuesSupervise and support inspection personnelMaintain inspection documentation and quality recordsRequired QualificationsAerospace manufacturing inspection experienceStrong GD&T and blueprint reading skillsAS9102 First Article Inspection experienceDirect hands-on experience with Faro, Hexagon, or Romer Arm equipmentPrior supervisory or lead inspection experienceKnowledge of AS9100 quality systemsStrong communication and organizational skillsAdditional Experience PreferredVerisurf software experienceWelding and fabrication inspection experienceSupplier source inspection experienceAerospace sheet metal manufacturing experienceBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offRetirement benefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceScheduleFull-time1st Shift2nd Shift Available (4/10 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM)$35–$40 per hour DOEApply TodayQualified aerospace quality professionals with leadership experience and portable CMM arm experience are encouraged to apply and join our growing aerospace manufacturing team.Company Description Steeldyne Industries / ABC Sheet Metal is an AS9100 aerospace and ITAR certified facility.
