Accessory Installer

Work for a company that truly values its employees, is willing to teach, and invests in their growth and success.Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)Benefits:• Immediate eligibility for a 3% match Simple IRA plan.• Health insurance eligibility after 3 months of employment.• Incentivized pay program for installers to encourage efficiency and production, providing a significant addition to base pay.Key Responsibilities:• Perform installations of aftermarket truck and auto accessories, including canopies, tonneau covers, hitches, and other related products.• Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations.• Maintain tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) in good working condition.• Communicate daily with the Shop Manager and Sales team to review workload and priorities.• Prepare vehicles for installations and ensure proper application of products.• Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized.• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.• Provide professional customer service and address any questions or concerns.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:• Experience with installing truck and auto accessories is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.• Strong work ethic and reliability.• Effective communication skills.• Trustworthy and dependable.• Positive Attitude and Energy.If you're looking for a role where you can grow your skills, work in a supportive team environment, and be part of a company that values quality and customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply today!
