Position Overview
Thoughtforms is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and communication across clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
The Project Manager works closely with the Construction Supervisor to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation
Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to maintain budget targets
Solicit bids, award subcontracts, and review subcontractor invoices
Lead regular project meetings with clients, architects, and project partners
Track progress and provide updates to clients and internal teams
Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Review plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Required Qualifications
Experience managing residential construction projects
Strong financial management and budgeting experience
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Sage/Timberline or similar)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, PHIUS)
Relevant state construction supervisor license (if applicable)
Work Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Additional hours may be required based on project timelines
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $80,000 to $130,000 annually
