This is a non-technical role focused on governance, coordination, reporting, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage portfolio-level governance and stakeholder communicationCoordinate across multiple vendors, partners, and internal teamsTrack project status, risks, dependencies, and action itemsPrepare executive dashboards and reports (Excel & PowerPoint)Drive timesheet governance and resource trackingEnsure compliance with processes, SOWs, and reporting standardsWhat We’re Looking For:Strong PMO / Project Management experienceExcellent stakeholder and communication skillsAdvanced Excel & PowerPoint expertiseExperience working in multi-vendor environmentsHigh ownership and attention to detailNice to Have:Exposure to tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or SmartsheetExperience with Power BI or dashboardsUnderstanding of SOWs, POs, and vendor governanceGreat opportunity to work in a high-visibility, multi-vendor environment with strong stakeholder exposure.Interested?
